Deep tissue massage
Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for people who are involved in heavy physical activity on a regular basis as well as those who have sustained physical injuries related to muscles and joints. This focuses on deeply penetrating muscles and connective tissue to relieve severe tension and pain associated with muscle strain. This help relieving symptoms in areas where stiffness and knots occur in deep muscle groups.

This massage is similar to deep tissue but the treatment is more specific to an area of concern or injury.
Authentic / Traditional thai massage
Thai Massage is a traditional massage that combine acupressure compression, movement and passive yoga-like positions for stretching.
Thai massage can restore the flow of positive energy and provide relief for strained or tightened muscles. Slow strokes and concentration on problem muscles groups make this massage ideal for anyone seeking both relief and relaxation.
Head, shoulders and feet massage
The head massage is a highly relaxing massage that is given at the end of every Thai massage session. With this massage it is combined with the shoulder massage. It concentrates on the energy lines running along the back and shoulders, where muscle knots can form as a result of long hours of sitting in your office. Excellent for those short on time but high on tension and stress. The feet are massaged in a similar way to ease tension, further details of the foot massage can be found below.

This massage is ideal for someone who is only able to sit in an upright position such as a chair.
